1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keto Diet Pro: AI Macro Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is developed and operated by 3N Softs("we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the App and any related services.

2. Description of the App

Keto Diet Pro: AI Macro Tracker is a personal nutrition tracking application designed to help users following ketogenic or low-carbohydrate diets track their daily macronutrient intake, log meals, monitor fasting sessions, and receive AI-generated meal suggestions. The App is available on iOS devices via the Apple App Store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

• The nutrition data, macro calculations, TDEE estimates, and AI meal suggestions in the App are general information tools, not clinical recommendations.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, nutrition plan, or fasting regimen — especially if you have or suspect any medical condition (including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, or eating disorders).
• The App's AI meal suggestions are generated by on-device machine learning models and have not been reviewed by nutritionists or medical professionals.
• Keto and low-carbohydrate diets may not be appropriate for everyone.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you use it at your own risk and that 3N Softs is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from following the App's suggestions or calculations.

6. Accuracy of Nutritional Data

Nutritional values in the App — including the local food database, barcode-scanned items, and AI-generated meal estimates — are provided as approximate guides only. Actual nutritional content of foods can vary by brand, preparation method, portion size, and other factors. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of this data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or systematically access App content.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any subscription or paywall mechanisms.
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the user interface design, icons, graphics, AI prompt logic, and written content — is the intellectual property of 3N Softs and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — distribution and in-app purchases.
• Apple Foundation Models / Apple Intelligence — on-device AI for meal suggestions. Processing occurs entirely on your device.
• Apple WidgetKit — home screen widget functionality.

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3N Softs shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, health outcomes, or financial loss arising from use of the App.
• Interruptions in service, bugs, or inaccuracies in nutritional data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3N Softs, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the developer's country of incorporation.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
