Sorto — email intelligence app hero screen

Sorto is an AI-powered email productivity app for Gmail, iCloud Mail, Outlook, and other major IMAP or POP email providers. It helps users review, prioritize, classify, and reply to email faster using on-device Apple Intelligence.

Sorto connects securely to Gmail using Google OAuth, to iCloud Mail using an Apple app-specific password, and to other providers through standard email protocols where supported. Email messages are read on your device to classify and prioritize your inbox, and replies can be sent only when explicitly approved by the user.

Requires iOS 16+ · iPhone, iPad & Mac

How Sorto Connects to Email Providers

Sorto connects to Gmail, iCloud Mail, Outlook, and other major IMAP or POP providers using the secure authorization method supported by each provider. Privacy Policy

Gmail via Google OAuth

Gmail messages are read on your device so Sorto can classify conversations, identify messages requiring attention, prioritize opportunities, and generate reply suggestions. Sorto only accesses Gmail data after the user explicitly grants permission through Google's OAuth consent flow. Learn about Google OAuth authorization.

iCloud Mail

iCloud Mail connects through secure mail protocols using an Apple app-specific password. Learn how to create one.

IMAP and POP Providers

Sorto can connect to other major email providers through IMAP or POP where the provider supports standard email access. Account credentials are securely stored in the device keychain.

  • Sorto does not delete emails.
  • Sorto does not archive emails.
  • Sorto does not move emails.
  • Sorto does not modify labels.
  • Sorto does not permanently delete email content.

The Problem

Your inbox is running you

You're managing client relationships, tracking opportunities, and running your business — all while drowning in newsletters, GitHub notifications, and automated alerts.

Important client messages get buried. Opportunities slip through. Your inbox controls you instead of helping you. Most email AI apps fix this by sending your emails to a cloud server — your most sensitive business conversations processed on someone else's machine.

You're managing client relationships, tracking opportunities, and running your business — all while drowning in newsletters, GitHub notifications, and automated alerts.

Eight categories. Zero guesswork.

The moment your email arrives, Sorto reads it and decides what matters — not with a server somewhere in a data centre, but on your device, in seconds. Every message is classified into one of eight smart categories.

Highlights

  • Needs Our Reply: emails waiting on you
  • Opportunity: investor intros, partnerships, new business
  • Active Client: ongoing conversations that matter
  • Waiting on Reply: threads you've sent and are tracking

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does Sorto send my emails to a server?

No. Email processing and classification happen entirely on your device. Email content is not transmitted to 3N Softs servers or third-party AI providers.

Why does Sorto need access to my email account?

Sorto needs permission to read email messages so it can classify conversations, prioritize important messages, and generate reply suggestions. For Gmail, Sorto uses Google OAuth. For iCloud Mail, Sorto uses an Apple app-specific password. Replies are sent only when the user explicitly approves them.

Can Sorto delete or modify my emails?

No. Sorto does not delete, archive, move, label, or permanently modify email messages.

Which email providers are supported?

Sorto supports Gmail through Google OAuth, iCloud Mail through an Apple app-specific password, Outlook, and other major IMAP or POP providers where the provider supports standard email access.

Does it work on iPad and Mac too?

Yes. Sorto is built for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. On iPad and Mac you get a full sidebar with live category counts so you can navigate your entire inbox at a glance.

What is Focus Mode?

Focus Mode surfaces every email waiting on your reply, one at a time. You can draft an AI-assisted reply, snooze to tomorrow, or mark it done — clearing your queue systematically without distraction.

How accurate is the classification?

Sorto uses Apple's Foundation Model for deep semantic understanding of each message. Eight purpose-built categories mean it knows the difference between an active client thread and a newsletter from that client.
