1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Flary ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
3nsofts grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Flary on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms of Service and these terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute Flary
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use Flary for any unlawful purpose
- Sell or sublicense access to Flary
3. Intellectual Property
Flary, its name, design, code, and all associated assets are the property of 3nsofts. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
4. AI Features
The AI task decomposition feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework. 3nsofts does not operate or control this model. Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and acting on any AI-generated content.
5. No Warranty
Flary is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3nsofts does not warrant that:
- Flary will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The app will meet your requirements
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3nsofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, productivity, or profits — arising from your use of or inability to use Flary.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app. Since Flary is free, that amount is zero.
7. Your Data
You own your tasks and data. 3nsofts has no access to them. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
8. Updates
3nsofts may update Flary at any time. Updates may change or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using Flary at any time by deleting it. 3nsofts may discontinue Flary at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3nsofts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
If these terms change in a future version of Flary, the "Last updated" date above will be updated. Continued use of Flary after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
