Our core principle: your health data is yours
Nourava reads sensitive health metrics — HRV, heart rate, sleep, and personal symptoms. We treat this data with a strict rule: 3Nsofts has no server, no backend, and no access to any of it. Everything stays on your device and, if you choose, syncs privately across your own Apple devices via iCloud.
Data We Collect
None. 3Nsofts does not collect, receive, or store any personal information, health data, analytics, crash reports, or identifiers of any kind on our systems.
Health Data — HealthKit
Nourava requests permission to read the following HealthKit data types from your Apple Health records:
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV RMSSD) — ms
- Resting Heart Rate — BPM
- Sleep Analysis (stages and duration) — hours
- Active Energy Burned — kcal
- Apple Exercise Time — minutes
This data is read on-device via Apple's HealthKit framework. It is never transmitted to any external server. It is not shared with any third party. 3Nsofts has no way to access it.
Nourava only reads HealthKit data. It does not write data back to HealthKit.
Symptom Journal Data
Information you enter in the Nourava journal — hot flash severity, energy level, mood rating, joint pain, sleep quality, and notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is not transmitted to any server. It is not accessible to 3Nsofts.
Notes are capped at 280 characters. The app enforces one journal entry per calendar day.
iCloud Sync
Nourava optionally syncs your data across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit framework under your personal iCloud account (iCloud.com.3nsofts.Nourava). This sync:
- Only moves data between devices signed into the same Apple ID
- Is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest
- Is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
- Is not accessible to 3Nsofts — we have no CloudKit admin access to user containers
If you do not use iCloud, all data remains solely on the device where you entered it.
Readiness Score Computation
The daily readiness score (0–100) is computed entirely on-device by the Nourava app engine. No data is sent to any server for calculation. The algorithm uses your local HealthKit readings and your locally stored 28-day baseline. There is no cloud AI, no external model, and no network request involved in scoring.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Nourava uses Apple's StoreKit 2 framework for in-app subscriptions. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. 3Nsofts does not receive or store your payment details, billing address, or financial information. For subscription management, refer to Apple's subscription management page.
Apple may share anonymised, aggregated purchase data with us (e.g. total subscriber counts) through App Store Connect. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
Analytics and Crash Reporting
Nourava contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no crash reporting tools, and no usage tracking of any kind. If Nourava crashes, we do not receive any report or notification.
Apple collects anonymised diagnostics through iOS if you have opted into sharing diagnostic data with Apple developers. This is controlled in your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. 3Nsofts may receive this aggregated, anonymised data from Apple; it does not include health data or personally identifiable information.
Third-Party SDKs
Nourava does not include any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, social media, or data collection. The only external frameworks used are Apple's own system frameworks (HealthKit, SwiftData, CloudKit, StoreKit, SwiftUI).
Children's Privacy
Nourava does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. There is no data to collect. The app is intended for adult women and is not directed at children.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because 3Nsofts holds no data about you, there is nothing to delete on our end. To remove your Nourava data:
- Delete the app from your iPhone to remove all local SwiftData records
- To remove iCloud data: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Nourava → Delete Data
- HealthKit data remains in Apple Health and is not affected by deleting Nourava
Your HealthKit Data Rights
You can revoke Nourava's access to HealthKit at any time in iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Nourava. Revoking access stops Nourava from reading new data but does not delete data already stored locally in the app.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a future version of Nourava, we will update the "Last updated" date above and note the change in the App Store release notes. Changes will only ever move in the direction of greater privacy — we will never introduce data collection without a separate, prominent disclosure and consent flow.
